By submitting this form, I verify that I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The undersigned agrees to maintain the dealer status with Wagler Competition Products LLC, the requirement is a $20,000.00 initial order and annual purchasing of $10,000.00 thereafter.
The undersigned agrees to pay any and all invoices from Wagler Competition Products LLC, its successors and assigns, according to the respective terms of sale of each such invoice.
At the time of sign-up, the undersigned agrees to provide Wagler Competition Products LLC with a valid credit card that will be used to charge all goods and services purchased by their company. This is an open authorization, and amounts will vary per transaction.
In the event that any invoice or other debt is not paid in accordance with the terms of the invoice, an interest charge equal to 1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be applied to the past-due amount. In addition, the undersigned agrees to pay all collection costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fee, incurred by Wagler Competition Products LLC. All payments received by Wagler Competition Products LLC on past-due account shall be first applied to interest, collection costs, and expenses, and then to reduce any outstanding balance due.
In the event a credit or debit card is used to pay an outstanding balance due Wagler Competition Products LLC, a 3% processing fee will be charged to the amount of the payment.
Wagler Competition Products LLC will provide a minimum advertised price, often referred to as MAP. Any business or individual selling products from Wagler Competition Products LLC must follow the MAP.
In the event that additional documentation is needed, you agree to provide all requested documentation to Wagler Competition Products LLC within 7 business days.
I understand that all invoices from Wagler Competition Products will be transmitted via email and or mail.
I understand that Wagler Competition Products LLC has the right to terminate my dealer agreement at any time if any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement have failed to be met.
